AT&T is still working on the phone  lines. It appears the line on high street has failed. Multiple businesses are out as a result. Line crews and excavation crews were dispatched this morning at 7:30 to begin repairs. AT&T estimates that it may take 10 hours to repair the lines.  AT&T  may need to come on campus and reconfigure our main phone trunk lines after the repair is made on high street.  This means that we will not have inbound or outbound phone service until this evening or possibly tomorrow morning. I will continue to re-route all of our inbound 885-5585 traffic to Tracy Becker's phone until this gets corrected.

[2:00 PM] AT&T reports that that are still working on the phone issue. They have patched most of the inbound lines and have restored outbound calling. These circuits may go up an down for the next four hours. However, as it stands we have most of our phone services back. Once the repairs are complete I will reroute the calls on 885-5585 back to the switchboard.
